The In-Home Trainer Blueprint is a digital information product consisting of operational systems, guidebooks, scripts, templates, and standard operating procedures for personal training businesses. It is delivered as instant digital access through a web-based portal. No physical goods are included.
This is an information product — not a business opportunity, franchise, licensing arrangement, or consulting engagement. The Product provides documentation of systems developed by Jesse Ray Snyder during the operation of Monterey Personal Training in Monterey, California. All revenue figures, retention metrics, and business results referenced in the Product or on trainerblueprint.com are Jesse Ray Snyder's personal results. They are documented as provenance for the system — not as a projection, promise, or guarantee of results for any buyer. Your outcomes depend on your market, prior experience, execution quality, effort, and many other factors beyond the seller's control. No earnings claims are made or implied.
Due to the digital nature of this product and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Upon purchase, you receive a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Product for your own personal and business purposes. You may customize the templates, scripts, and documents for use in your own training business.
You may NOT do any of the following with the Product or any of its contents:
Copy, share, distribute, forward, or make available to any third party, whether for free or for sale. Upload to shared drives, cloud folders, forums, social media, course platforms, or any other location accessible by others. Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute in any form. Create derivative works for distribution — including rebranding, repacking, or adapting the templates, scripts, or systems for sale as your own product. Screenshot, transcribe, or reproduce substantial portions for distribution.
This is a single-user license. One purchase = one user. If a colleague, business partner, or employee wants access, they must purchase their own copy.
All content in the Product — including but not limited to text, systems, frameworks, templates, scripts, scoring rubrics, policies, and guidebooks — is the intellectual property of Jesse Ray Snyder and is protected by applicable copyright law. Your license grants usage rights only. Ownership of the intellectual property remains with the creator.
The Product is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Product constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, or nutritional advice. Legal templates and policy documents are provided as educational references — have your own attorney review any documents before use in your business. Consult qualified professionals before making business, legal, financial, or tax decisions. Nutrition guidance stays within personal trainer scope of practice — refer clients with complex nutritional needs to a registered dietitian.
The Product discusses independent contractor business models. Labor classification laws vary by state and jurisdiction. In particular, California's AB5 and similar legislation in other states may affect how you classify yourself or any trainers you hire. Consult a qualified employment attorney in your jurisdiction before making classification decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jesse Ray Snyder and The Trainer Blueprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your purchase or use of the Product. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.
Violation of these terms — particularly unauthorized distribution of the Product — will result in immediate revocation of access with no refund. The seller reserves the right to pursue additional remedies available under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or the purchase of the Product shall be resolved in the courts of Monterey County, California.
